Hey guys,
Thinking of buying a treadmill to help me get fit for next summer!
What is the best?
I am will to pay a maximum of £200, no more as am a student and do not have the money for it!
Any suggestions fitness experts out there

Please don’t say go to the gym as I can’t afford longer term membership and I doubt I’ll get the motivation to stick to it since I like working out in the comfort of my own home. Thanks.

i really want to lose some weight and i know this sounds really typical but do treadmills actually work? cuz i heard some ppl say that it doesnt work as much as running out and about cuz its like confined in an indoor area?!
IS THIS TRUE?
and btw, does anyone have any good tips to lose weight on thighs?

Im struggling to think of songs to download to my mp3.

I do a lot of running on the treadmill at the gym. Can you reccomend any good songs?

I want to hire one to the house as I work all hours and I am a single parent with kids to look after. It’s very difficult to get to a gym or even out for a walk in the evening.

i tryign to get more fit .so im startign to work out more.i don’t really want to run minutes more like miles.but on my treadmill they show the distance then miles so does anyone no how many miles in the treadmill distance
